Agents are keen to place Flamengo striker Gabriel Barbosa at Newcastle United.
Brazilian media sources state Gabigol is to be offered to Newcastle this summer, by his current club Flamengo in Brazil.
The 25-year-old boasts an impressive goal-scoring record in Brazil, although failed to make a significant impact during his brief spell in European football at Inter Milan between 2016 and 2020, spending much of it on loan back in Brazil.
It would now appear that he is ready to test himself in Europe again, with several clubs reportedly interested in acquiring him.
Newcastle are in need of another striker and Barbosa could be exactly what they need.
