Kota Kinabalu: Deputy Chief Minister cum Finance Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun urged Sabahans to uphold unity, gratitude and compassion in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

In his Hari Raya message, he said the celebration of 1 Syawal 1447H, corresponding to March 21, 2026, should be embraced with thankfulness, reflection and strengthened ties among communities.

He said the values cultivated during Ramadan, including patience, sincerity and mutual assistance, should be continued to foster harmony and collective well-being.

Masidi also expressed appreciation to public and private sector workers, including frontliners, for their dedication towards the State’s development and stability.

He said such efforts are in line with the Sabah Maju Jaya 2.0 agenda, while also calling on the public to strengthen family bonds and extend support to the less fortunate during the festive season.
