Ajax midfielder Youri Regeer admits there's a key difference between coach Alfred Schreuder and his predecessor Erik ten Hag.
Schreuder has replaced Ten Hag after the latter's departure for Manchester United.
Following a first week of preseason under the new coach, Regeer said: "It's always nice to get together, to get to know new guys and we have a new trainer, so that's nice.
"Maybe Schreuder is a little more present during the training sessions than Ten Hag, but they are very similar in terms of playing style."
He also told Voetbalzone: “I play where the coach needs me. I think at this age you should be happy with the minutes you can grab in Ajax 1, then it doesn't really matter what position that is in."
