Ajax striker Brian Brobbey has no regrets rejecting Manchester United.
Brobbey chose to re-sign for Ajax ahead of United in the summer of 2022 when leaving RB Leipzig.
He told De Telegraaf: "Manchester United wanted me, but I really wanted to return permanently to Ajax. To make it possible, my agent Jos Fortes Rodriguez even gave up a lot of percentages.
"Erik ten Hag called me, and at United Jos could get his millions of euros, and I could have multiplied my Ajax salary. But we made a decision. We wanted to go to Ajax, he says and at the same time makes a promise to the club's fans:
"I promise everyone that Ajax will make money from me."
