AS Roma have accepted an offer from Al-Ahli for Roger Ibanez.
The 24 year-old Brazil international will undergo an Al-Ahli medical on Tuesday.
Sky Italia says Al-Ahli will pay 28.5m up front plus 3m in bonuses.
The Saudis will take care of the 1.5m training fees owed by Ibanez's previous clubs.
Roma will also hold a 20 per cent sell-on option for Ibanez.
