Liverpool have informed Al-Ettifaq they must cough up if they're to sign Jordan Henderson.
The Reds captain has accepted a 700,000-a-week offer from the Saudi Pro League.
However, attempts by Al-Ettifaq to secure Henderson to a free transfer have been given short shrift by Liverpool.
Instead, Liverpool are demanding 20m to sell the England international.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting: "No chance for free transfer as initially requested by Al Ettifaq. But talks are now ongoing in order to find compromise between all the parties."
