Al Fateh coach Slaven Bilic has no doubts about the Saudi Pro League's emergence.
The former West Ham and Watford manager took charge of Al Fateh this season and has them sitting in sixth place.
Bilic told 24sata: "People in Saudi Arabia have been crazy about football for many years. For many, it is people's only hobby, so the passion is here.
"Ten years ago, players would go to Saudi Arabia at the end of their careers. Now players can come here and then switch to the Premier League. This is a big advantage for the project here.
"It is a top ten league and I really enjoy it."
