The Algeria international has already rejected an approach from Al Ahli.
However, a move to Saudi Arabia could still be on with Al Ittihad in contact.
That's according to journalist Romain Molina, who is reporting Al Ittihad are finalising an offer for Mahrez's consideration.
The Saudi club have already completed the signing of Karim Benzema and are expected to present N'Golo Kant shortly.
