Al-Nassr have concerns over Hakim Ziyech's fitness after the Chelsea midfielder's medical.
While talk of the move collapsing is wide of the mark, Al-Nassr are now discussing whether to complete the signing of the Morocco international.
Al-Nasser and Chelsea have agreed a fee of 20m for Ziyech, who underwent a medical earlier this week.
But the Daily Mail says issues have emerged around his knee which has Al-Nassr considering their next move.
A similar issue was found by PSG in January, though they remained eager to sign Ziyech only for everything to fall through due to an administrative error on Chelsea's side before the transfer deadline fell.
