Al-Nassr star Cristiano Ronaldo feels the Ballon d'Or is losing credibility.
Inter Miami ace Leo Messi won the award for 2023.
Speaking with Record, former Manchester United and Real Madrid striker Ronaldo said: "The Ballon d'Or and The Best lose credibility.
"That doesn't mean that Messi didn't deserve it, or that (Kylian) Mbapp or (Erling) Haaland didn't deserve it. But numbers are numbers and they don't deceive."
"The numbers are facts," he concludes. "You have to consider the entire season when making these assessments."
