Alec Baldwin reminisces about working with Sam Neill on 90s hit movie after actor dies aged 78

Alec Baldwin has paid tribute to Sam Neill after the actor died at the age of 78.

The family of the New Zealand icon, best known for playing palaeontologist Dr Alan Grant in the Jurassic Park franchise, confirmed his death on Monday (13 July). No cause of death has been disclosed.

In an Instagram post dedicated to his co-star and friend, Baldwin remembered Neil as a “great actor” and reflected on their experience working on The Hunt for Red October.

“ My God, Sam Neill. My love to his family. My love to his family. Wow, rest in peace.”
