PENAMPANG: Alice Lydia Marius, representing Kota Kinabalu, was crowned the winner of the State Zandi Tavanus 2025 pageant at the Sabah Cultural Centre here on Sunday.
The 48-year-old radio announcer took home RM6,000, a crown, and other sponsored prizes in the annual cultural beauty competition.
Anita Lambagat, who represented Penampang, and Marina Mikat (Keningau) secured second and third place, earning RM4,000 and RM3,000 respectively.

This year’s theme, “Empowering Women”, called for women to rise with confidence and courage, with the main prizes presented by Political Secretary to the Chief Minister, Datuk Redonah Bahanda.
