Samsung Malaysia has just launched its latest Galaxy A08, offering improved performance, long-term reliability, and essential AI features at a reasonable price point.
Powered by a large 6,000mAh battery and Helio G99+ processor with upgraded LPDDR5 memory, the new Samsung Galaxy A08 delivers reliable performance for everyday use while helping manage power consumption. RAM Plus also provides additional memory when needed and can be disabled to free up storage. In terms of photography, it packs a 50MP autofocus main camera, 2MP depth camera, and 8MP front camera.
For AI-powered features, the smartphone supports enhanced Circle to Search, allowing users to search for on-screen content by circling or tapping it, while Find the Look can identify complete outfits or music playing nearby. Multiple AI agents also enable users to interact with supported Galaxy, Google, and selected third-party apps through voice commands or a long press, including Gemini and Perplexity.
Furthermore, the Galaxy A08 offers IP64-rated protection against dust and water splashes, alongside up to six generations of OS upgrades and six years of security updates. Samsung Knox and Knox Vault provide hardware-based protection for sensitive data, helping keep users’ information secure over the device’s lifetime.

Sporting three color options: Green, Dark Blue, and Silver, the new Samsung Galaxy A08 is now available in Malaysia for RM899.
