Chef Eric Räty of two-Michelin-starred Arbor is joining hands with French patisserie DALLOYAU to launch DA CHOCO. The brand blends French artistry and techniques with Hong Kong’s culinary history to create Michelin Star quality desserts to share with loved ones.
Its take on the Dubai chocolate is dubbed the Crispy Chocolate collection, loaded with crispy kadayif. Customers can choose from six varieties of Crispy Chocolate. There’s the classic pistachio flavour in milk chocolate and dark chocolate, as well as a spicy version enhanced with French Espelette pepper and African Piri Piri. The other three varieties take inspiration from classic Hong Kong flavours, featuring black sesame, peanut butter with condensed milk ganache, and Sichuan pepper.

Get five-star level Dubai chocolate courtesy of Four Seasons Hong Kong. Executive pastry chef Ringo Chan and his culinary team have expertly reproduced the viral chocolate with their own touch. You can choose between dark chocolate, milk chocolate cookies, or Hong Kong Milk Tea flavours. Each bar is filled with pistachio and knafeh. Meanwhile, the Hong Kong Milk Tea flavour also has Ceylon black tea powder and almond chocolate sauce, while the lower layer bursts with rich milk tea chocolate ganache.
