Almeria general director Mohamed El Assy admits they're willing to sell star striker El Bilal Toure.
Toure is on the radar of Everton this summer.
The former Reims striker's contract carries a 40m buyout clause, though Everton are seeking to pay less than half that for his transfer.
El Assy told Diario de Almeria: It is not only that of Everton
"Officially there are three clubs interested in El Bilal with formal offers on the table. Two of them are Italian and one is English. And now we are in the middle of negotiations, from what we will see, since we are not going to broadcast them in the media."
