The young winger has struggled for game time this season under boss Erik ten Hag.
The 21-year-old was hoping to get more chances after the winter break, but has been restricted to a few substitute appearances.
His account on X, formerly Twitter, does not include any more mentions of United.
He has also removed most of the photos that may have any relation to the club.
Diallo is likely to move on from United in the summer, either on loan or permanently.
