Furthermore, the Active Max offers over 170 sport modes with AI-powered Zepp Coach guidance, including an intelligent Strength Training Mode that automatically tracks reps, sets, and rest periods across 25 exercises. Health tracking runs 24/7 via the latest BioTracker PPG sensor, monitoring heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, and sleep, with alerts for abnormal readings.
Smart features such as Bluetooth calling, speech-to-text replies on Android, Zepp Flow voice control, and deep integration with the Zepp App round out the experience, while its 5 ATM water resistance and durable, lightweight design make it suitable for gym workouts, running, and outdoor adventures.
