Getting quality sleep is more than just resting and AmLife International is putting that message into action.

AmLife International has officially achieved a Malaysia Book of Records (MBOR) recognition through its DeepZleep Challenge, after 817 participants completed a 20-minute sleep wellness experience session at Centre Court, 1 Utama.

The achievement was recorded under the category of “Most Participants in a Sleep Wellness Recovery Technology Experience Session”, marking a new milestone in raising awareness about the importance of restorative sleep.

Rather than simply educating the public about sleep wellness, the DeepZleep Challenge allowed participants to experience the concept of recovery through sleep firsthand.

According to AmLife International Founder and CEO Lew Mun Yee, the initiative reflects the company’s mission to change how people view sleep from simply a time to rest into an essential recovery process for a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.Image from: AmLife Sets Malaysia Book of Records Milestone With DeepZleep Challenge “In today’s fast-paced world, many people struggle to achieve quality sleep, which can affect energy levels, focus, productivity and overall well-being,” said AmLife International Vice President of Business Development Edward Yong.

As part of its sleep wellness ecosystem, DeepZleep combines technology focused on electrical potential, thermal comfort and sound frequency to create a more supportive environment for rest.

AmLife International Chief Marketing Officer Arthur Ang shared that the idea behind the challenge was to make sleep recovery more relatable by allowing people to experience the benefits themselves.

The challenge exceeded its initial target of more than 500 participants, with 817 individuals completing the 20-minute experience session. Participants also underwent a wellness screening to gain insights into their general physical condition and sleep quality.

The event was also attended by personalities including Dr Say Shazril, Eyra Hazali and Fahrin Ahmad, who supported the initiative in spreading awareness about the importance of rest and recovery.

Through this achievement, AmLife hopes to encourage more Malaysians to prioritise sleep wellness as a key part of maintaining a healthier and more balanced life.
