Professional dancer Amy Dowden was supported by her Strictly partner Chris Appleton as he told her “No one puts Amy in the corner” following criticism she received by Brendan Cole.
The couple took to Instagram on Sunday night (11 October) to perform the iconic Dirty Dancing lift, as the celebrity stylist praised his partner.
Following the couple’s elimination last week, Amy has faced criticism from former Strictly professional Cole, who said he feels she “hasn’t been up to the challenge” of training another celebrity, after her return to the show following treatment for breast cancer.
