Anderlecht chief Jesper Fredberg has blasted Nottingham Forest.
Fredberg is upset with Forest after an on-off move for fullback Harry Toffolo.
He said, "I think our transfer window has been a great success. A new striker and a new winger have arrived, and so we have cleaned out the team.
"The most annoying thing is that we didn't get a new left back. We're furious at Nottingham Forest for pulling out of the Harry Toffolo deal at the very end.
"Didn't they already know that their other left backs were on their way back from injury?
"But it was also important to save money so that we can hit harder in the summer window."
