Kota Kinabalu: Malaysia’s former Foreign Minister Tan Sri Anifah Aman strongly support a two-state solution to stop the ongoing bloody war between Israel and Palistine.
“I emphasise my unwavering support for a two-state solution where Palestine and Israel can coexist as independent states within internationally recognised borders, based on UN Resolutions No. 242 and 338,” he said.
Hence, he called for an immediate end to the ongoing clashes in the Gaza Strip and urged all sides to protect civilians.
Anifah, who is also the Special Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sabah on International Relations and Foreign Investment, said the prolonged failure to resolve this conflict is unacceptable, given the ongoing challenges.
