Kota Kinabalu: The MPMA (Malaysian Plastics Manufacturers Association), Sabah Branch, in collaboration with ExxonMobil Signature Polymers successfully organised the second ExxonMobil Signature Polymers Sabah Roadshow at the Hyatt Centric, on Oct 2.
Titled “Driving Innovation Through Partnership”, the roadshow attracted 35 participants and drew plastics manufacturers from a wide range of industries including food & beverages, industrial, and construction sectors During the session, participants explored some of the latest cutting-edge solutions in plastic moulding and packaging that are tailored for various applications.
The session also highlighted how performance polymers can add value to their businesses.
Featured topics included tailored solutions for rigid packaging using ExxonMobil Signature Polymers performance polypropylene and Vistamaxx™, thin film with enhanced CC masterbatch, innovative flexible packaging using ExxonMobil Signature Polymers performance polyethylene and improving cost effectiveness of LDPE-based films.
At the end of the session, participants had the opportunity to network with industry experts and build mutually beneficial business relationships to stay informed on the latest trends in the plastics industry.
