The Dewan Rakyat focuses on the Anti-Bully Bill’s second reading and questions on subsidy reforms and online content regulation today

KUALA LUMPUR: The debate on the Anti-Bully Bill 2025 is a key focus of today’s Dewan Rakyat sitting.

According to the Order Paper, the bill is scheduled for its second reading and debate following the oral question-and-answer session.

A question from Vivian Wong Shir Yee (PH–Sandakan) will ask if the Finance Ministry plans to replace the current subsidy scheme with MyKad-channelled social assistance.

Datuk Che Mohamad Zulkifly Jusoh (PN-Besut) will ask the Economy Minister about plans to classify government aid based on disposable income for fairer distribution.

Syerleena Abdul Rashid (PH-Bukit Bendera) will question the Communications Minister on plans to amend the FINAS Act 1981 to regulate online content.

Datuk Wan Saifulruddin Wan Jan (PN-Tasek Gelugor) will ask the Education Minister if the ministry intends to introduce wardens as a designated school position.
