- Far-right activist Daniel Thomas, known to supporters as Danny Tommo, has been arrested following an incident in the English Channel.
- The 37-year-old was detained by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary on Wednesday night.
- He was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage with intent to endanger life, alongside multiple maritime safety offences.
- Police launched an investigation after receiving a report of a damaged boat carrying an emergency responder on Tuesday evening.
- Mr Thomas, who is of no fixed abode, currently remains in police custody.
