PRIME MINISTER Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will attend the national-level Deepavali MADANI Open House 2025, to be held at Lot F, KL Sentral next Saturday, 18 October.
Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo confirmed the Prime Minister’s attendance, adding that the event — which runs from 10am to 2pm — is open to the public and aims to celebrate Deepavali in a spirit of unity and inclusivity.
“This celebration is an opportunity for all of us to come together as one big Malaysian MADANI family. I invite everyone to join us in making this year’s Deepavali MADANI celebration a joyous occasion,” Gobind told Bernama.
The open house comes just two days before Deepavali, which falls on 20 October this year.
Gobind, who was speaking after the ‘Ministers’ Forum: Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Future Workforce’ at the International Young Future Leaders Summit (iFuture) 2025, said the Prime Minister’s presence will add significance to the occasion, which reflects the nation’s diversity and shared values.
“This is more than a celebration of a festival — it is a reflection of our unity and the MADANI spirit that binds us together as Malaysians,” he said. - October12, 2025
