1. Wrapping a rubber band/hair tie around ears

2. Natural salt baths

This clears body acne. Sea salt for example is antibacterial and contains many minerals which can detox and purify the skin.

Sleeping with an air purifier will improve skin quality. Cleaner air = healthier skin = less breakouts.

4. Face rolling or gua sha

Incorporating these devices into your skincare routine will help your skin absorb your skincare better.

5. Fermented food

Consuming fermented foods like kimchi which are rich in probiotics, will slim your waist and reduce bloating.

Dry brush your skin, face included, as it will gently exfoliate and smoothen skin texture for a glossy finish.

7. Barley tea

Drinking this improves gut health and boosts metabolism.
