PENAMPANG: Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali has urged the public to file more complaints on consumer issues, including pricing, as it reflects greater awareness of their rights.

Speaking at the Rahmah Madani Sales Program at ITCC on Sunday, he said the ministry welcomes such complaints to ensure prompt action and resolutions.

AdvertisementHe emphasised that under his leadership and the 'Kita Gempur' programme, more complaints would help KPDN track and address consumer issues effectively.

Armizan also instructed ministry officials to enhance awareness of KPDN's complaint channels, including displaying information on billboards and LED screens in Sabah.
