Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka says it was an honour to captain the team against Chelsea.

Saka, who had been a doubt for the contest against their London rivals, but recovered from a hamstring injury.

However, he took to the field and helped his team to manage a 2-2 draw in the fixture on Saturday.

Post-game, Saka wrote on social media: "An honour to wear the armband for the first time. My club! [Captain and red heart emojis]."

Fans were very positive with their replies, with teammate Declan Rice writing: "What a sight [love heart eyes emoji]."

Saka is only 22, but is already a leader in the Arsenal dressing room, having come through the club's academy.
