Nice have agreed a deal to sign Arsenal forward Nicolas Pepe on a season-long loan.
The deal does not include an option for the Ligue 1 club to make the deal permanent.
It is hoped the loan transfer will be completed in the next 48 hours.
Pepe, who has two years left on his Arsenal contract, moved to the Emirates from Lille for a club-record £72m in 2019
The Ivory Coast international has scored 27 goals in 112 appearances for the Gunners.
