Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi says he was never going to leave in January.
Zubimendi was interesting Arsenal and Barcelona in January, while he has since been linked with Manchester United.
The midfielder has signed a new contract running until 2027, containing a release clause of 52.7m, back in October. It is thought he will assess his options at the end of the season.
