Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta says they're playing to win in today's Community Shield against Manchester City.
Arteta wants to kickoff the season with a "trophy".
He said: "We are proud to be playing in the FA Community Shield here at Wembley Stadium.
"This is a match which recognises two clubs who have had a good year, with a traditional place in our football calendar at the start of the new season.
"And of course, it's a great opportunity for fans to come to Wembley for a competitive match before the Premier League kicks off. The Community Shield is a trophy. When there's a trophy on the table, you want to win.
"This will be our approach today against a very good team from Manchester City. Of course, we know what we have to face today."
