The 17 year-old is gaining an exciting reputation across Europe this season.
Marca says the Gunners are keen and so much so that manager Mikel Arteta watched Omar against Real Madrid U19 last weekend.
The striker has 16 goals and 5 assists this season and is a force of nature on the field, standing 1.87 cm tall.
Omar, who has only one year left on his contract , arrived at Atltico for free from Granada two years ago, having previously come through the Espanyol youth team.
