Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta was pleased with goalscorer Declan Rice in victory over Brentford.
Rice struck first in the 2-1 win.
Arteta said: "He's playing at an exceptional level in different positions in a new club.
"A lot of things have to go together and it's not easy. He's done it with such a determination, with a passion and quality that he knows that he plays the game [with]. He's delivering some big moments for us."
The manager added: "When you are in a good moment, enjoy it, embrace it and make sure you are prepared for the next one because that's the moment to build what we want."
