Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta insists there'll be no dwelling on their title collapse this season.
Arteta says there's too many positives to focus on the negatives.
He declared: "We have to look at the bigger picture. We can't lose sight of what happens in certain moments.
"Everyone at this club deserves huge credit for what has been done this season but we've still got two huge games left.
"We have shown this season we are capable. There are two games to go and we can still be champions against the champions, who are arguably best team in the Premier League in the last few years.
"It shows the level of the league. They're [Man City] a team that have had the capacity to win by 10 points but they haven't done that this season because of what we have done.
"What pain?
"There are a lot of moments to be extremely pleased with and what we have done.
"So let's see what we do in the next couple of games. Pain is part of football."
He added, "The margins are smaller when you get closer to the top. It's minimal and it changes.
"Next summer is hugely important. We have made evolution and we want to continue with that.
"We have to be smarter and that doesn't mean only to sign players, we have to improve players too."
