Arsenal chief Josh Kroenke says they won't rush replacing departing chief exec Vinai Venkatesham.
Venkatesham has announced he will leave his position at the end of the season.
It means Arsenal will have time to identify and hire his replacement.
"Change and succession is something the club is well prepared for," said Arsenal co-chair Josh Kroenke.
The Board remains committed to our strategy and will address leadership change as we continue to drive the club forward."
