Arsenal technical director Edu has made in contact with the agents of Vitor Roque.
The Athletico Paranaense teenage star has gathered interest from Arsenal, Chelsea Newcastle United, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona, says GOAL.
Indeed, Barca are regarded as favourites for Roque's signature in Spain.
The 17-year-old has already represented the Brazil under-20s, scoring six goals in ten appearances. He has been likened to Luis Suarez, now of Gremio.
His club are hoping that interested parties will pay Roque's release clause of 53million.
