Arsenal are showing an interest in the winger, who can also play at wing-back. Gunners chief Edu has had Catamo watched this year.
The 22-year-old has scored two goals and provided two assists in 13 competitive games for Sporting this season.
Catamo has a contract until the summer of 2025 and a buyout clause of 60m.
