Arsenal crocked star Jurrien Timber could only manage one Premier League appearance before going down with injury.

The Dutch centre half, who can also play right back, arrived in the summer from Ajax.

However, he suffered a knee injury within his first game, which has prompted his teammates to honor him in his absence.

Prior to their win over Crystal Palace, captain Martin Odegaard held up Timber's shirt in a team picture before the game kicked off.

The Gunners also honored the player afterwards, once again posing with his shirt.

Timber then reposted the picture on his Instagram account. He also wrote "Team" alongside a prayer emoji, a clapping emoji and a red heart
