Arsenal defender Omar Rekik is in limbo at Servette.
Rekik moved to the Swiss club on-loan in January to the end of the season.
However, 20 minutes is reporting Servette failed to register Rekik before the deadline fell. New signings Takuma Nishimura and Bassirou Ndiaye are also in the same boat.
The deadline was February 15th, but Servette failed to submit their list to the Swiss FA in time.
Servette are now appealing to the transfer commission in an effort to reverse the decision.
