Besiktas are interested in Arsenal defender Rob Holding.
The Daily Express says Holding has welcomed Besiktas' interest and negotiations have kicked off.
Celtic have also shown interest, but it is the Turkish giants who are leading the race for the centre-back.
The idea is for Holding to move to Besiktas on loan next season. In that case, he will extend his contract before the transfer window ends.
The Englishman's current contract expires in 2024, but Arsenal have an option to extend until 2025.
