Sporting CP defender Goncalo Inacio is likely to move to the Premier League in 2024.
The centre half is keenly admired by both Arsenal and Liverpool, along with a host of other European teams.
Per A Bola, any club can sign Inacio in January or the summer, but only for a set price.
The only way that Inacio will leave Sporting is if his 60 million release clause is triggered.
Arsenal are said to be in the strongest position in this regard, as they have the money to spend.
Both sides are seeking to improve from a defensive standpoint and see Inacio as the ideal recruit.
