Arsenal fullback Oleks Zinchenko has welcomed increased competition this season.
The Ukraine international struck in victory over Burnley on Saturday.
Zinchenko is battling for his place with the impressive Takehiro Tomiyasu and says he is enjoying the competition.
He told football.london: "We have an amazing squad and good competition in every single position.
"I think it is definitely a positive sign."
Zinchenko has started seven of 12 Premier League games so far this season.
