Arsenal have tabled a new contract offer to Reiss Nelson.

The Daily Mail says Arsenal have opened talks with Nelson to improve his current 35,0000-a-week deal as it runs down.

However, the Gunners are concerned about rival offers.

West Ham are keen to keep Nelson in London, along with Marco Silva's Fulham. Aston Villa and Brighton are also watching the 23-year-old's situation.

At Villa, Nelson would be reunited with his former Arsenal manager Unai Emery.

Unlike foreign clubs, Premier League teams cannot offer Nelson pre-contract terms as his deal runs down.
