Arsenal are chasing a deal for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
The Gunners have made an opening €55m bid for the Serb, reports Il Messagero, which was turned down by Lazio.
However, the Romans are prepared to sell the midfielder at a price of €65m.
Arsenal are expected to go higher for Milinkovic-Savic in the coming days.
Manchester United are also interested in Milinkovic-Savic, who has been with Lazio since 2015.
