Arsenal shot stopper Aaron Ramsdale has hinted that Jorginho convinced his manager to make a late substitution against West Ham.
The Gunners brought on talented youngster Ethan Nwaneri for just his second Arsenal appearance at the weekend.
Nwaneri got to sample more Premier League football in the 6-0 win, which according to Ramsdale was at the behest of Jorginho.
Post-game, manager Mikel Arteta stated: "There is something that you have to earn in your team and that is the trust of your team-mates.
"I had two things. One, the players on the bench whispering, 'Ethan in' which is a great thing to hear.
The other thing is for your team-mates to give you the ball all the time. If they do that, it's because they really trust you and you only have to see how many times he was involved in that. So it's a great sign."
On social media, Ramsdale posted after the game: "Get Ethan on @jorginhofrello."
