Arsenal are launching a new offer for West Ham captain Declan Rice.
The Gunners tabled an opening bid of 70m for the England midfielder last month.
West Ham rate Rice closer to 100m and now the Gunners are returning with a new proposal.
The Daily Mail says Arsenal will bid for Rice in the coming days and hope to quickly wrap up a high-profile deal worth 90m.
West Ham, however, will demand Arsenal pay the fee in total inside two years, rather than the standard longer term payment structure.
