The ex-Arsenal and France forward was assistant to Roberto Martinez for the Red Devils.
However, he is now departing his role as Martinez left his post after the World Cup.
Belgian are moving on with Domenico Tedesco taking on the head coaching job.
CEO of the Belgian Football Federation Peter Bossaert confirmed Henry would be leaving.
Henry may want to try his hand as a manager as his next job.
