Chelsea have turned down Arsenal's opening offer for Kai Havertz.
Chelsea and Arsenal have been in talks over the Germany international this past week.
Arsenal have made a first offer for the attacker, believed to be in the region of 45-55m.
But transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports Chelsea have rejected the proposal, rating Havertz at 75m.
Arsenal due to return with a new proposal this week.
