Arsenal star Jorginho shared his emotions after they were beaten in the Carabao Cup in midweek.
The Gunners went out in the fourth round of the competition to West Ham United.
Despite a great start to the Premier League season, the Gunners have now missed out on a potential trophy.
On the game, Jorginho stated: Yeah, really tough one. The only thing we can take from this tough result is how we need to be much better at competing for the next game.
Because if you're going to play at this level, you won't win for sure. So that's what I think we need to improve on for the next game to try and win there."
On being captain for the night, he added: I wish I could have done better. I think the whole team didn't do what we wanted to do, especially me in the first place. We just need lift the level."
