Arsenal midfielder Martin Odegaard admits the methods of manager Mikel Arteta have surprised him.
Odegaard is playing the best football of his career under the Baque.
He said, Actually, I was surprised by how detail-oriented he and the whole team are.
"I have never come across anything like this, people who see football in this way.
"It can be just small things or more serious things. We discuss a lot of little things, watch videos after each game and all that. It works."
